Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Payments

• Advance payment: 50% of the package; balance due within 3 days of paying the advance.
• Advance is non-refundable; dates can be adjusted subject to availability.
• Additional charges (if any) depend on hotel/transport policies at booking time.

2. Cancellations

If the user cancels after paying the advance, the advance is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply per partner policies.

3. Behavior & Conduct

Respectful, non-violent conduct toward guides, partners, and staff is required. Harassment or violent behavior may result in immediate cessation of services.

4. Liability

We are not liable for events outside our control (weather, strikes, government actions). You are responsible for personal belongings.

5. Policy Updates

Terms may change; continued use after updates means acceptance.
